Have your credential name, installation, email, and testing preference ready. The form asks which items you need: training, books and materials, and the exam.

Units, employers, and self-pay students

Use the training inquiry form for group or direct-pay pricing. In the subject, enter “Unit training quote” or “Self-pay quote” and the credential. In the message, include your location, preferred dates, and delivery format. For a group, add the estimated headcount and any lab or testing needs.
