CHIEF INSTRUCTOR
Mr. Saleh Ahmed, CETma, CETms, FOI, FOT, CPD, is a former U.S. Army Electronics and Communications Master Instructor and the 2023 ETA-International Educator of the Year. With over 29 years of experience in electronics, aviation, avionics, and more than 15 years of success in teaching electronics courses, Mr. Ahmed is a respected authority in the field.
He holds numerous certifications across Electronics, RF, Fiber Optics, and Information Technology, and is an FCC-licensed professional. As a certified trainer in Fiber Optics and Certified Electronics Technician (CET) programs, he also serves as a Certification Administrator for both ETA-International and ISCET.
In April 2000, Mr. Ahmed earned the FCC GROL (General Radiotelephone Operator License) along with Ship Radar Endorsement and GMDSS Radio Maintainer credentials. under the mentorship of Love Aviation’s founder, Boni Fraustro. He earned the CET Associate and Journeyman certifications in 2018, followed by the CET Master Specialty in Radio Frequency in 2024 and the CET Master in Electronics in 2025.

FIBER OPTICS CHIEF INSTRUCTOR
Mr. Andrew George, CETma, CETms, FOI, FOT, FOT–Inside the Plant, is a former U.S. Army Aviation Armament and Electronics Technician, Air Traffic Equipment Maintainer, and Senior Instructor. With over 20 years of experience in electronics, aviation, avionics, and more than a decade of success in teaching electronics and fiber optics courses, Mr. George is widely regarded as an expert in his field.
He holds a wide range of professional certifications, including WCM (Wireless Communications), RAD (Radar), FOI (Fiber Optics Installer), FOT (Fiber Optics Technician), FOT–Inside the Plant, MCEI (Master Certified Electronics Instructor), RFIM (Radio Frequency Interconnects & Measurements), and is a licensed FCC professional with GROL (General Radiotelephone Operator License) along with Ship Radar Endorsement and GMDSS Radio Maintainer credentials.
As a Fiber Optics Chief Instructor and certified trainer in Fiber Optics and Certified Electronics Technician (CET) programs, Mr. George also serves as a Certification Administrator for ETA-International, contributing significantly to the advancement of technical education and workforce development in the electronics and communications industry.
